Case · Kukudushi
Kukudushi makes interactive jewellery: a physical product with a digital experience. Nick built it from idea to working platform as technical founder. Behind the scenes runs the workspace we build for clients as well.
From idea to platform
Kukudushi began as an idea: a piece of jewellery that is more than a physical product, with a digital experience behind it. Nick is technical founder and built it from that idea into a working platform.
There was no client and no brief. There was a product that had to be made to work, and a company that then had to run every day: marketing, sales and daily operations.
That is exactly what makes this case strong proof. What we build for clients, we built for ourselves first. We use it ourselves, every day. If something runs stiff, we feel it first and fix it before it ever reaches a client.

Nick as technical founder: venture build and CTO, from idea to working platform.
A workspace that brings marketing, sales and daily operations together, with an AI layer over the top.
The workspace behind it
Behind Kukudushi runs one workspace in place of a stack of separate tools. The same building blocks we put to work for clients, made concrete here on a single company.
Everything in one place. Marketing, sales and daily operations come together in one setting, instead of scattered across separate systems and lists.
Talking instead of typing. Speak a conversation or a thought and get actions, notes and draft emails back.
The AI handles low-risk, reversible work itself. Everything that goes out sits ready as a draft and leaves only once it is approved.
That is how we test every pattern on ourselves first. What works in practice at Kukudushi, we take to clients. What chafes, we improve here first.
Why this matters to you
We ask nothing of your team that we do not do ourselves every day.
The workspace we propose for you does not come out of a brochure. The pattern runs at Kukudushi in daily practice: the same hub, the same assistant, the same AI layer.
You notice it in the conversations and in what we deliver. We know how a setting like that feels at the start of a working day, which AI tasks you can hand over with an easy mind, and where you want to keep your hand on the wheel. Daily use rather than theory.
