Proof
Every case follows the same line: the problem, the approach, and something that gets used in daily practice. Every case ends with a system that runs.
The common thread
Different company, different sector, same line. We start where the work jams, set it up again and stop only once it is used in daily practice.
1 · The problem
A process, product or system that jams and that matters.
2 · The approach
Strategy and build in one pair of hands: redesigned, built and rolled out.
3 · In use
Something that runs and gets used, with a team that is on board.
Sector
Work by James in earlier roles at banks, including ABN AMRO Clearing Bank, where exchange and OTC trades have to settle flawlessly every single day. Large organisations, strict supervision, and processes that jammed on manual work.

At Fortis Bank, James implemented a new CRM system that largely automates client acceptance and screening at the brokerage arm. Less retyping, more overview. Result: a 65% shorter lead time.

As innovation manager at ABN AMRO, James ran the first ChatGPT pilot: a walled-off, local model that let staff safely find out what AI does for them. He also went through the KYC process: where the manual work piles up, and what can be done about it.
Sector
Innovation in the energy transition calls for quick testing: does it work, and can it pay for itself?
For LV Energy, James ran a feasibility study within Topsector Energie as innovation manager, into generating energy from sound waves. Testing hypotheses, coaching the team and mapping out the route to talent and funding.
Our own ventures
Kukudushi and Memorians are our own companies, not clients. We say so plainly. That is exactly why they are the best proof: this is where the Bravio pattern was developed, and this is where it runs every day. Every improvement gets tested on ourselves first.

Nick built Kukudushi from idea to working platform as technical founder. Marketing, sales and daily operations come together in one workspace, with AI over the top.

For Memorians we built a workspace that replaced the separate tools, with AI in the core process. The team switched over and works with it daily.
Sector
The setting with the highest demands: software that has to work every time.

Nick spent nearly twelve years there building mission-critical systems, in a strictly regulated setting. He brings that discipline to every system Bravio builds: solid, tested and transferable.

For each sector we show where the work jams and how a workspace of your own solves it.
Clients, quotes, files and follow-up in one workspace, instead of scattered across separate tools and mailboxes.
