What is in it
Over more than 25 years we built up a library of working and study material. That material is structured into a searchable knowledge system, our knowledge OS. Per discipline there are frameworks, current and verified sources and reusable templates ready to go, from Kaizen A3 to a Design Sprint toolkit.
What makes it unusual: the knowledge base is opened up to our AI agents. So the AI working on your assignment draws on structured craft rather than the open internet. And in every Blueprint you can simply see which frameworks we use. No black box.
From the knowledge base
The knowledge OS holds more than forty worked-out frameworks. These four are the core of how we work: each powerful enough to steer an assignment and simple enough to explain on one sheet.
Five columns on one sheet: who supplies, what comes in, the five to seven main steps, what comes out and who receives it. During the Blueprint this is often the first sheet on the wall: everybody looks at the same process before we zoom in anywhere.
Every plan leans on assumptions. Put them on a grid of importance against evidence and the work sorts itself: whatever is crucial and rests on nothing, you test first, small and cheap. What is proven you monitor, and the rest you can leave alone with a clear conscience.
Not every process deserves automating. Five filters in a row: does it come back often, is it predictable, does it really cost time, are data and systems reachable, and after build and maintenance costs is there still a business case that adds up? Whatever passes all five filters, we build.
The oldest learning loop in the trade, and still the best: plan an improvement as a hypothesis, run it small, measure against the baseline and embed what works. That way a workspace keeps moving forward after delivery too, in small steps you can prove.
What you notice
We do not start with a blank sheet. Frameworks, yardsticks and templates are ready, so the Blueprint weeks go entirely to your company. That makes the analysis sharper and the build plan more concrete.
The AI working on your assignment draws on the knowledge base: current, verified sources and proven frameworks per discipline. No open internet, and clear limits on what the AI may do by itself.
The templates we use in your assignment stay with you, and so do the measurements we track progress with. That way you can carry on yourself, with or without us.
